Early, honest and free to leave

Early access lets you use Orb before its full release and help shape it. These terms add to the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy and apply while you are part of early access.

This is a draft written for Orb TV's early access. It will be reviewed by a lawyer before Orb is released, and the final version may differ.

What you get

• Orb on your Android TV and iPhone as soon as it opens in your region and for your devices.

• New features before everyone else, some of them still rough around the edges.

• A direct line to the team for feedback and questions.

What may change

Early access versions can have bugs, missing features and changes from one update to the next. Features, supported services, regions and devices may change, pause or end. We may need to reset some data during early access; we will tell you first where we can.

Price

Early access is free unless we clearly say otherwise. If we later offer a paid plan, we will tell you the price and what it includes before anything is charged, and you choose whether to continue. Your streaming subscriptions and any rental or purchase charges stay with the streaming services.

Your feedback

We read what you tell us. If you send ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve Orb without owing you anything for them. Do not send anything confidential or anything that belongs to someone else.

Leaving early access

You can leave at any time from your account or by writing to us; you can also ask us to delete your data, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may end your early access if you break these terms or if the programme ends; we will tell you when we reasonably can.
